Legislative Meeting: August 7, 2006; 8:00pm 
Tentative Agenda: In addition to reports by Mayor, Council and Town staff, the
 following items are currently on the agenda. This agenda is subject to change.

Joe Caputo, Potomac Development: Changes to Wachovia Bank Proposal
•  Livable Communities Grant, Bid Waiver and Authorize spending for
    street   cleaner.
Authorize next phase of contract with CLUEgroup.
Approval for 4” fence for Lorenzo Jimenez Paz 5418 Patterson road.
Approval to install gate for Constance Randolph –Kelley at 4811 Somerset Road.
Approval for 4½ ft. fence for Maria Ventura at 5802 Taylor Road.
Approval for 44” fence for Mario Laros at 4804 Queensbury Road.
 
Work Session: August 28, 2006; 8:00pm 
 
 
Committee Meetings: 
Finance Committee – August 24, 2006; 7:30pm
Traffic Committee – September 5, 2006; 7:00pm
 
Other Meetings: 
Madison Hill Homeowners Association – August 8, 2006; 7:30pm 
This meeting is for Riverdale Park residents living in Madison Hill subdivision.
Recreation Board-August 14, 2006; 7:30pm. This group of residents
 coordinates  key events in Town: Riverdale Park Day, Festival of Lights, 
Easter Egg Hunt.Volunteers needed! 
M-UTC – September 6, 2006; 7:30pm, M-UTC reviews development
 proposals within a designated area that includes Rt. 1 and property near
 MARC station.     
Riverdale Park Business Association – September 6, 2006; 5:30pm 
at Calvert House.

Town Events: 
Farmers Market – Every Thursday, May 25, 2006 until
 November 16, 2006; 3:00pm – 7:00pm at MARC Train Station.
Battle of Bladensburg Encampment – August 12, 2006;
 noon until 4pm Demonstration of cannon & musket fire,Period–style 
refreshments.
