 * Labor Day is Monday, September 4, 2006; Town Hall and Public Works  
    Department will be closed.
 
Legislative Meeting: Next meeting will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2006; 8:00pm

Finance Committee – August 24, 2006; 7:30pm
Traffic Committee – September 5, 2006; 7:00pm
 
 Other Meetings: 
Madison Hill Homeowners Association –
This meeting is for Riverdale Park residents living in Madison Hill subdivision.
Recreation Board-August 14, 2006; 7:30pm. This group of residents coordinates  
key events in Town: Riverdale Park Day, Festival of Lights, Easter Egg Hunt.
Volunteers needed! 
M-UTC – September 6, 2006; 7:30pm, M-UTC reviews development proposals within
a designated area that includes Rt. 1 and property near MARC station.     
Riverdale Park Business Association – September 6, 2006; 5:30pm 
at Calvert House.

Farmers Market – Every Thursday, May 25, 2006 until November 16, 2006; 
3:00pm – 7:00pm at MARC Train Station.
Battle of Bladensburg Encampment – August 12, 2006; noon until 4pm
Demonstration of cannon & musket fire, Period – style refreshments.
