M-UTC: January 3, 2007 7:30pm. MUTC reviews development proposals in designated within an area that includes Rt.1 and property near the MARC Station)
Riverdale Park Business Association: January 3, 2007; 5:30pm. - Meeting will be held at the Calvert House.
  
Town Events: 
Saturday, December 9th
Children’s Holiday Party--(Riverdale Park children only, 12 and under)  
4-5:15p.m. at Town Hall 5008 Queensbury Rd. Please come and join Santa and his helpers! Free gifts, treats, crafts, photos with Santa, and much more! 
Holiday Market--(Open to everyone—Invite Friends and Family); 1-9:00 p.m., Town Center, 4650 Queensbury Rd.  Buy unique gifts & food, trees & wreaths, listen to music, and free photos with Santa all just blocks from your home. 
Festival of Lights trolley tours--5:30-8:30 p.m. (Free with a non-perishable food donation; Open to everyone), Town Center, 4650 Queensbury Rd. Check out the sparkle of Riverdale Park at night and walk through the historic Riversdale House Museum.  Don’t forget to decorate the exterior of your home!  Five homes will be recognized for “Achievement in Decoration.”
Holiday Dessert Bake-Off—8:00 p.m. Calvert House.  Drop off your desserts at 7p.m. for the judging. First prize: Dinner for two at the Calvert House.
Sunday, December 10th
Holiday Market-- (Open to everyone—Invite Friends and Family), 12-5p.m., Town Center, 4650 Queensbury Rd. Details at: www.rpholidaymarket.com
Senior Residents Christmas Party -“December 14, 2006- to be held at Crescent Cities Center starts at 12:00 pm.
