Community Center Public Hearing: November 15, 2006,

Economic Development Committee: October 25, 2006; 7:30pm
Traffic Committee: November 7, 2006; 7:00pm
 
Other Meetings:
Executive Session: October 24, 2006, 8:00pm for discussion of contract terms for hiring Public Works Director. 
Fence and Hedge Meeting – October 26, 2006, 8:00pm -discussion on fence and hedges.  
M-UTC: November 1, 2006 7:30pm. MUTC reviews development proposals in designated within an area that includes Rt.1 and property near the MARC Station
Riverdale Park Business Association: November 1, 2006; 5:30pm. - Location to be announced.
 
Town Events:
Farmers Market: Every Thursday, May 25, 2006 until November 16, 2006; 3:00pm –7:00pm at MARC Train Station.

GoatMan Hollow Halloween Event: Oct 27,28,30,31, 2006, 7-9 pm,
At Town Center in the old credit union building, 4705 Queensbury Road.
On this one night the event is free for residents of Riverdale Park (ID required to prove residency). After Oct 12, ticket prices range from $10 to $20 with the proceeds benefiting the Riverdale Park Volunteer Fire Department. 
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 
Children under 9 are strongly discouraged from attending. 
GoatMan Hollow is an indoor event, however the waiting line is outside so dress appropriately and if it’s raining bring an umbrella.  For more information: www.goatmanhollow.com
 
Veterans Day Observance – Saturday November 11, 2006 at 11:00am at the Veterans Memorial across from MARC train station refreshments will be served at Town Hall following ceremony.
