1.      Presentation on NOAA Climate & Research Building. 
2.      Approval of Bid Award for street improvements which includes resurfacing sidewalks, aprons, and curb & gutters ( where identified ) on 4700,4800, 4900 blocks of Sheridan Street  & Somerset Road.
3.      Approval of tree Program Supplemental appropriation.      
4.      Mayor Archer’s Beautification Awards.
5.      Classification plan discussion.
6.      Approval  on Resolution 2006-OR-08 of Unenclosed Porches & Storage.
7.      Approval on Resolution   2006-OR -09 §2-7. Compensation of elected officials.
8.      Approval on Resolution 2006-OR-10 Chapter 66 fence & hedge regulations.
9.      Approval on Charter Resolution 2006-CR-01 Compensation/ Attendance of Council Members.
10.  Approval on Charter Resolution 2006-CR-06 Compensation / Attendance of Mayor.
11.  Official Adoption of P.G. “Housing Standards”.

Recreation Board– October 9, 2006; 7:30pm this group of resident’s coordinate’s key events in Town: Riverdale Park Day, Festival of Lights, and Easter Egg Hunt.
Volunteers needed! 
M-UTC–October 4, 2006; 7:30pm, M-UTC reviews development proposals within a designated area that includes Rt. 1 and property near MARC station.
Riverdale Park Business Association– October 4, 2006; 5:30pm, location to be announced.

Town Events: 
Farmers Market–Every Thursday, May 25, 2006 until November 16, 2006; 3:00pm –7:00pm at MARC Train Station.
Riverdale Park Day, Riversdale- October 7, 2006; Noon -5pm
Gorgeous Prince George’s Day- Saturday October 14, 2006; 8:00 am -11:30 am this day will be for clean–up and tree planting, we will be working in the back of Riverdale Elementary School. Refreshments will be provided.
