Work Session: February 25, 2008, 8:00 p.m.
        
Closed Executive Session: February 25, 2008, immediately following the work session. The purpose for this meeting is:
·        To consult with legal counsel regarding the investigation of the December 7 incident at the Department of Public Works,
·        To discuss personnel matters relating to that investigation, and
·        To discuss potential litigation arising from that incident.
