Legislative Action Items:

 

1.      To adopt 2012-OR-03 Amended, an emergency ordinance concerning
dumpsters and storage receptacles on residential property.

 

2.      To adopt 2012-OR-04, an ordinance concerning dumpsters and storage
receptacles on public property.

 

3.      To adopt ordinance 2012-OR-05, an ordinance concerning general
obligation refunding bonds.

 

4.      To send a letter to the City of Hyattsville requesting sole use of
the joint street sweeper.

 

5.      Approval of street closing for Arts Fest on May 6, 2012
