Subject: Cafritz Preliminary Plan of Subdivision 4-12004 Person of Record

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC),
Development Review Division has received phone calls indicating that there
may be confusion about filing to become a Person of Record (POR) for the
Cafritz Preliminary Plan of Subdivision Case 4-12004.

If you are a POR in the zoning case for Cafritz A-10018, you are NOT
AUTOMATICALLY a POR in the Preliminary Plan of Subdivision 4-12004 case. You
must register for EACH CASE separately with a new POR request for each case.

If you are not sure if you are a POR for the Preliminary Plan of Subdivision
case 4-12004, please contact our offices and we will be happy to assist you.
If you have not already registered to become a person of record, you are
encouraged to do so at this time. As a person of record, you will receive a
notice of the Planning Board hearing date, the technical staff report, and
the Planning Board resolution. You may register online at:

Being a person of record on a separate application on the same property does
not make you a person of record for the subject application. You must
