3.	Motion to adopt a Memorandum of Understanding with M-NCPPC regarding

4.	Closure of  Town Center from 2:00 a.m. on May 3, 2014, until 7:00
p.m. on May 4, 2014, to support the Arts Fest
5.	Authorize the Town Administrator to enter into a contract with
Lindsey and Associates for FY 15 audit services
