CONSTRUCTION UPDATE NOTICE 

 

Weeks of: August 25, 2014 and September 1, 2014 

 

What to Expect On-Site the Next Two Weeks: 

During the next two weeks of work, the General Contractor, L.F. Jennings,
will continue construction of the Whole Foods Market and continue with site
utility work. 

 

They will also continue clearing the site, as well as continue removal and
haul-off of excess soil, trees and rubble. This will include work along the
Route 1 buffer area. 

L.F. Jennings will also be performing installation of the water and sanitary
utilities in the SW corner of the site. 

 

These activities will require heavy equipment accessing the site. Two of the
construction entrances are located along Route 1 located near both ends of
the project site and one entrance at Maryland Avenue. 

 

Lane Closures: 

The northbound curb lane of Route 1 will be closed periodically between the
hours of 9am to 3pm to allow for the installation of sediment and erosion
controls in advance of the tree clearing and grading in the buffer area. 

 

Work Hours: 

Work activity will be taking place Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7
a.m. and 5 p.m.
