1.     Motion waive bid requirements and authorize the Town Administrator to
enter into a contract with Columbia Tax Advisory Group, LLC

 

2.     Motion to authorize the Town Administrator to enter into a contract
for design and engineering for the Youth and Community Wing project

 

3.     Motion to approve building permit application for AI Data to excavate
a test hole for the purpose of finding and surveying an existing water line
in a Town street
