Legislative Action Items:

 

1.	Motion regarding a building permit application for a 6-foot wooden
fence at 6321 51st Avenue (Ward 2)

 

2.	Motion to approve building permit application for AI Data to
excavate a test hole on Rhode Island Avenue for the purpose of finding and
surveying an existing water line (Ward 1)

 

3.	Motion to waive bid requirements and award a contract to McInturff
Architects in the amount of $528,055 for design and engineering of Town Hall
(Ward 2)

 

4.	Motion to send a letter to Planning, Zoning and Economic Development
(PZED) Committee regarding CB-42-2014, Single Family Neighborhood
Stabilization Overlay Zone

 

5.	Motion to direct staff to schedule a water-main shutoff in the
following order of preference 1) on a Saturday during the day or 2) during
weekday evening hours with WSSC to replace a valve and waive the noise code
requirements as it relates to this project (Ward 2)

 

6.	Motion to waive bid requirements for engineering with G&C
Consultants for street paving project: Riverdale Road from Taylor Avenue to
54th Avenue (Ward 2)

 

7.	Waiver of bid requirements to purchase 4 Police Department vehicles
from Hertrich and outfitted through Breckford (to be purchased on State and
County bids)
