6 foot wooden backyard fence (Ward 2)
3.	Motion to approve request for a temporary license and waiver from
section 42-13(b)(1) of the Town Code for JASO, Inc. to operate a flea market
at 5413 Riverdale Road on Saturdays and Sundays from May 7, 2016 to May 29,
2016 (Ward 4)
4.	Motion to send a letter to the Prince George's County District
Council regarding Prince George's Plaza Preliminary Transit District
Development Plan and Proposed Transit District Overlay Zoning Map Amendment
as it relates to 9 pond collection system for Wells Run
5.	Motion to send a letter  to Mike Madden and the Purple Line Team
regarding design changes to Riverdale Park Station
6.	Motion to send a letter to Zunilda Rodriguez, M-NCPPC,  regarding
East Riverdale and Beacon Heights Sector Plan
7.	Motion to approve the Mayor's nominations for vacant committee
seats: CM Richardson to Public Safety Committee; CM Richardson to Finance
Committee; and CM Lingua to Economic Development Committee
8.	Introduction of Ordinance 2016-OR-01 regarding the FY 17 Budget
9.	Introduction of Ordinance 2016-OR-02 clarifying the use of the term
Town Administrator and Town Manager in the Town Personnel Policy
10.	Introduction of Ordinance 2016-OR-03 clarifying the use of the term
Town Administrator and Town Manager in the Code

Riverdale Road for Health and Environment Fair on May 14, 2016, from 10 a.m.

4.	Waiver of parking restrictions for permit parking along 5000 block
