1.	Minutes from December 7, 2015 Legislative Meeting

 

Legislative Action Items:

1.	Motion regarding Fence Permit Application for 4806 Madison Street
for a 6 foot wooden backyard fence (Ward 3)
2.	Motion to adopt Charter Amendment Resolution 2015-CR-01, a charter
amendment to decrease the minimum age of a person to serve as a council
member
3.	Motion to authorize the Town Administrator to enter into an
agreement with Prince George's County Department of the Environment for
storm water management project on Longfellow Street
4.	Motion to approve the Mayor's nomination and appoint Jennifer Hare
to Riverdale Park Ethics Commission as an alternate
5.	Motion to adopt Resolution 2016-R-01 regarding a nomination for the
Riverdale Park Mixed-Use Town Center Design Review Committee
6.	Motion to accept letter of resignation from CM Eber Rosario and
declare a vacancy in Ward 5
7.	Motion to set date for special election in Ward 5
