  1.  Motion to authorize Mayor and Town Manager to execute documents to charter Boy Scout Troop 252
  2.  Motion regarding Variance Request of 8 feet side yard width and 7% net lot coverage for 4802 Sheridan Street (Ward 2)
  3.  Motion to waive bid requirements to piggyback on a bid from Fairfax County and authorize Town Manager to execute an agreement with Precision Concrete Cutting not to exceed $40,000 (included in FY18 CIP #12PW07 Streets and Sidewalk Improvement) for abatement of potential sidewalk hazards
  4.  Motion to send a letter detailing the Town's position on various aspects of the Prince George's County Zoning Re-write
