Background: More than 10 years ago, residents In University Park spearheaded an idea to improve upstream storm water management. Most developments built 40+ years ago have little or no storm water management and include a lot of impervious surfaces. The idea was investigated, reports produced, and now the County, in coordination with the land agent, Bald Eagle Partners, and Soltesz engineering team, is poised to deliver this project via the Department of the Environment and the CleanWater Partnership managed by Corvias.
