[RP Town Announce] TRP Transition to Constant Contact

Over the coming months the Town will begin to transition to Constant Contact, a communication platform that will provide more functionality.

In order to make sure that you receive important updates from the Town, please register at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1yGSByNYYor95x8tXbDWpCERM0m4cFwzWsRg41uNa6zc/viewform?edit_requested=true. We will use this information to build the database for Constant Contact.
