[RP Town Announce] Update on Waggertail Dog Park

The Town received the following update on the status of Waggertail Dog Park from M-NCPPC:

They have encountered some electrical issues with the newly installed solar powered pump and their team is currently working on it. The small dog area will stay closed until the issue is resolved. To minimize the impact to the dog park users, the large dog area will continue to be open to public.
