Jennings, will continue construction of the Whole Foods Market and continue with site utility work. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>They will also continue removal and haul-off of excess soil and rubble. Installation of the Hiker/Biker trail will start. The installation of the retaining wall along the Northern property line will be completed. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><o:p> </o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Lane Closures: </b><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Currently WSSC is planning the installation of a new water line under Route 1 to replace the line that recently ruptured. This work is unrelated to our development but has been placed on a fast track as the result of the recent failure. The work of installing the new storm line under Route 1 is on hold, awaiting resolution of a conflict with an existing Verizon service. We anticipate resolution of this conflict within the next few weeks. Once this design conflict is resolved, the installation of the storm system will take about six weeks. During that six weeks, there will be a work area established in Route 1 that will close off three lanes during non-rush hours and on weekends through March (weather permitting). The three lanes of Route 1 (two northbound lanes and the center turn lane) will be closed periodically between the hours of 9am to 3pm to allow for the installation of the storm water pipe. Traffic will be diverted to a single southbound lane and a single northbound lane utilizes the lanes on the far west side of Route 1.
