Hi Regina,

I assume you saw the Town-Announce post, but the votes were:

Robert Oppenheim: 100
Roland Walker: 86
Bruce Wernek: 31

So Rob and Roland will be on the runoff ballot.

The Town Council will have to consult with the town attorney on exactly 
when the runoff can be scheduled.  The earliest date I've heard that it 
might happen is January 24, but even that may not be possible.
