[RP TownTalk] Potomac Development Fence question

The fence around the Eckerds site has been falling down whenever the 
wind blows since it was installed.  Now that it has fabric, this will 
happen more often.

Does anyone know if there are plans to attach props  perpendicular to 
the run of the fence?  Construction site managers and fence companies 
probably have standard ways to deal with this phenomenon.
