[RP TownTalk] Planters on Baltimore Blvd.

Kudos to all who participated in getting the planters along Baltimore Avenue 
filled with lovely plants. The spirit shown in such actions is a true 
demonstration of why Riverdale Park is such a great place. All of us working 
together will make it even better.
