[RP TownTalk] another car break-in

Friends who lives in my neighborhood (north of East West Highway 
between the RR tracks and Taylor Road) report that someone stole the 
radio from their unlocked car Sunday night.  They filed a police 
report. Clearly we all need to be careful to lock our cars and 
houses, and keep an eye out for anyone acting suspiciously.

The rule I've always heard is that if you see something that feels 
suspicious to you, go ahead and call the police. They are trained to 
assess a situation and can decide what is a problem and what isn't. 
But if we don't tell them what we see, they can not know what is 
going on. Many eyes are better than one that drives through the 
neighborhood only once every couple of hours....
