[RP TownTalk] a short report on the MUTC meeting

Alice Ewen Walker, one of the citizen representatives on the MUTC
committee, likes to email a short report to the list when something
important comes before MUTC.

Alice is not at her desk today, though we may hear from her tomorrow. 
In the meantime here's the short report on last night's meeting:

   It was very well attended.

   Caputo's Wachovia development at E/W Highway and Rt 1: denied

   Patriot Group's development at Dumm's Corner properties: no vote taken
