Rel's Trucking is the cheapest source of the best compost, Leafgro, which is
the stuff produced by Prince George's County and Montgomery County and
distributed by Md. Environmental Services.  Up to this year, MES sold it
directly for even less (minimum order 20 cubic yards), but their price
doubled this year.  Rel's will sell it in lower quantities and their
delivery charge is lower than MES'.  The price is $18/cubic yard + $100
delivery.  A standard wheelbarrow is about a half cubic yard.
