[RP TownTalk] about cheap compost

My apologies if this has already been covered, but I remember somebody was asking about cheap mulch (Regina?).

Just came across this web site about availability in Takoma Park and College Park:  http://www.takomagarden.net/id13.html. Looks like CP sells compost, not clear whether there are residency requirements. 

Free leaf mulch for pickup in Takoma Park, byo pitchfork.  

I'd be interested to know if anybody tries this out, what they think of it.
