I want to add to my last comment, 
choosing to give of yourself for free or
practically nothing is a good thing no
matter how often you want to - BUT
when you are committed to doing your
best every single day with many 
challenges - and you know you take
that home with you - then I think that
is asking too much of a person not to
be paid fair & square - 
 
I do not see how a town can give the
very least & then turn around & complain
& expect the very most - especially on a
regular basis.   Emily
