I was in my "favorite" corner store today and saw Pete and Jim.  I
understand there is a meeting tonight to discuss a new proposal.  Can
someone  give an overview of tonight meeting, objectives, agenda, etc.  I
have a meeting conflict, but I want to understand whether tonight will be
the only presentation of the new proposal, or will there be another "town
meeting" presentation.  Thank you in advance.
