Several people have asked "when is the runoff election?" The mayor, the council and the lawyer are discussing dates like Saturday Feb 18 and Feb 25, 2006. So it will be another month. Feb 18 is on a 3-day weekend and Feb 25th may be outside of the window allowed in the charter amendment. -Rob
