[RP TownTalk] Talking to the Town: Two Proposals

The town website seems to be the appropriate place rather than this list, helpful as it is. Since minutes are not approved until the next meeting, however, the minutes, if posted on the town site, would not be official.  Any thoughts on that--legal and otherwise?
