[RP TownTalk] Rural Tier Sectional Map Amendment

The Maryland National Parks and Planning Commission wants people to 
know about the updates they've made to the Rural Tier Sectional Map 
Amendment for Prince George's County. The rural tier is for the 
outermost rural areas of Prince George's county. (Riverdale Park is not 
in the rural tier, but you might care about this if you would like to 
preserve aspects of the rural tier in our fair county.)
