[RP TownTalk] Draft Budgets Online?

the mayor's item in the latest crier notes that it is budget time. yay!

it would be great if we were able to see the draft budget and 
supporting spreadsheets without having to go to town hall.  any chance 
the various drafts of the budget could be posted on the town website 
during this cycle?
