Rebecca -- Yes, that's correct, as Alice Walker confirmed to me the other
day.  Alice said the MUTC inclusion could be applied for, though that would
take the time that this process requires.  Nevertheless, I'm just offering
this as a possible option to explore and weigh among all the other
considerations our town and the developers are facing.

Daneille,  I think you will find Rob very helpful, he did our roof! And he
can recommend an electrician, too.  Also, I believe that Joe, who has been
so kind to give neighbors woodchips also does wood work, too.  Great
