[RP TownTalk] Dog Park

FWIW, personally,  I'd like to walk to a dog park and I can't walk to  
Metzerott Street.  For one, it increases a sense of community -- for owners  as well 
as dogs.  And more dog parks, rather than less, reduces the chances  of 
overuse.

A dog park already exists very close to Riverdale Park.  3.0  miles/8 
mins from Dumm's Corner.
