[RP TownTalk] Train cafe continued...

if done "right," you'd have to think there's potential as a "destination."
as stated earlier, Riverdale station is a popular spot among train
enthusiasts. we were just up in Mt Airy last weekend and there's a nice
model train shop there right downtown -- and they don't even have a railroad
in town. (that's a nice, apparently thriving downtown, by the way, easy to
get envious just strolling the streets!) anyway, building on the base of the
resource we've got -- the railroad station -- seems like a good idea; and
one that's foreseen (if not elaborated on) in our M-U-TC plan as i read it.
