FYI.

The Hyattsville Mayor and City Council have scheduled a Community Meeting
for Monday, September 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m., prior to the Council Meeting.
This community meeting will provide an opportunity for the community to
learn about and give input on the site plans the City is reviewing regarding
EYA's East Village. EYA representatives will provide an overview of the
project and discuss any concerns or suggestions related to the project.

The Community Meeting will be held at the Hyattsville Municipal Building,
4310 Gallatin Street, in the third floor Council Chambers. The meeting will
be broadcast live on Hyattsville Cable Channel 71.

EYA East Village is the second half of EYA's Arts District Hyattsville
project. The first half, West Village, has already been through the approval
process. The second half, East Village, is about to go through subdivision
approval and will then go through detailed site plan approval. The City's
comments regarding the subdivision process will be reviewed at the September
18th City Council meeting.

The Hyattsville Planning Committee reviewed the plans at its meeting on
September 5, 2006. Minutes from that meeting will be distributed at the
September 18th Council Meeting and posted on the City website at
www.hyattsville.org.

If you have questions on EYA's Arts District Hyattsville project, call
Hyattsville Community Development Manager Amy Neugebauer at 301-985-5013 or
send an e-mail to her at aneugebauer at hyattsville.org. Additional
information on the project is also available on the EYA website at
www.eya.com/.
