[RP TownTalk] Lengthy Meetings

The long meetings is why I gave
up going 40 plus years ago.  So
why not do like Audrey does at
our RBA meetings - set the timer
on the little Pink Piggy and when
the timer goes off - then the 
meeting becomes reasonable
in length.  Works for us.
