[RP TownTalk] Junk Man

I have not seen a junk man lately but
maybe last fall or summer a junk man
and his wife would come around on 
bulk trash day and help themselves to
trash on the curb.  I and others have 
outright given him some junk trash. I
do not remember what type truck he
had to haul it in.  He was interested in
heavy metal stuff that  he could make
some money on.
 
Over the years I have lived here, there
have been people collecting junk in trucks
but I never knew them to steal from porches.
