[RP TownTalk] Pet shop opening

The owner was showing me around the pet shop last
week, he said he'd originally planned to open at the
beginning of April, but that now he was shooting for
the middle of the month sometime; the place is really
coming along inside; looks like he's going to have a
really great setup for fish owners!
