[RP TownTalk] Loft units in Hyattsville

I have a colleague who recently priced a 700 sq ft condo unit in
University Town Center (not one of the "Lofts," obviously): $270,000.
That would seem to be a pretty comparable unit to the smaller units in
the proposed Dumm's Corner building. Quite a difference from what I
remember them as saying the price would be: $170,000. While you could
develop a list of advantages that the UTC location would have (Metro,
*three* Starbucks!!!, shopping) there are enough items on the negative
side (crime, traffic) that I can't imagine that a difference of
$100,000 (if any) would hold up.
