All,

Here's the update on the signal.  In general, when you see items like
this, give a call to our town Public Works and they will handle
coordinating with SHA, WSSC, Pepco, etc.

I have contacted SHA traffic division concerning the pedestrian
crosswalk signal.  They informed me the issue would be taken care of.
