if anyone is interested in the retail aspect of the UMd East Campus
development, you can see a slide with retail aspirations here:

you'll notice they mention Harris Teeter as the grocer, both Barnes &
Noble and Borders as bookstore options (they're presumably shooting
for just one), a relocated REI, a movie theater, and many of the usual
suspect national chains...
