[RP TownTalk] The old Giant Food store

Has anyone heard any more about what will be done w/
the old Giant Food Store building at Riverdale Plaza? 
The last I'd heard, there was some talk of an
international grocery store (which I would love). 
>From what I can see at this time, there's nothing
being done at the building site.
