[RP TownTalk] Looking for Advice

Based on the lastest flurry of emails on Town Talk, I understand why people are urinating in the streets, deficating along the creeks, throwing trash all over our streets/lawns/parks, and throwing dead chickens in the street.  It's all a big joke.  Honestly, I don't know if it can get any worse.
