[RP TownTalk] Town Clock Fixed

I am pleased to announce that the Town Clock has been fixed!
 
It should now be keeping good time and chimes and we have a maintenance agreement to make sure it stays happy and well.
 
Many thanks to Debbie Murphy, Ron Goff, Pat Prangley and Vernon Archer for their work on this.
