1)	7:30 p.m.  –  EYA – proposed redevelopment of townhouses on Madison Street.

This meeting is regarding the section of the large EYA development
that falls within RP town boundaries. We will be looking at the plans
w/ the developer. From the staff memo, it sounds like the project
complies w/ the zoning on the major points; we will learn more at the
meeting about the details.
