[RP TownTalk] Question on street clearing

I've been known to brag about our small town public works dept and how 
well it cleans the streets in bad weather.  So I am really surprised 
that no trucks have been up my street this morning (Cleveland Ave).  Is 
that a deliberate strategy, to wait until the sleet softens up a 
little?  If so, would I be excused for waiting to clear my sidewalk, too?
