Can we please  get official answers to the following questions:
	1) why does the town not ticket residential property owners who do not 
clear their walks within 24 hours?
	2) why does the town not clear walks on its own property on major 
pathways to the town center and to the school  within 24 hours?
	3) why does the town not ticket gov't owners of public property who do 
not clear their walks within 24 hours?
