[RP TownTalk] Councilman Ken Webb of Ward 6 has resigned

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I need to inform you that Councilman Ken Webb of Ward 6 has resigned his
seat because he is moving out of Riverdale Park.  I know you all join me in
wishing him well as he moves into a new home in Capital Heights.

As there is less than 9 months until the next election I will nominate his
replacement, subject to council approval, to fill in the remaining months of
the term.
