> Q1) How is the program is structured? For example, are these are pick

> A1) It is managed pickup, definitely not formal teams. Each night we 
> put kids onto balanced teams, sometimes we let kids pick teams.  We 
> sometimes use hockey style substitution if the situation warrants. We 
> would need lots of gym time to run a team-oriented league.
